When will I receive my order?

We aim to process all orders placed before 3:00 PM on the same business day. Once processed, shipping usually takes between 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted, and a second email with a tracking number once it has been shipped. You can track your package here.

Do you ship internationally? What are the costs?

Currently, we offer free shipping within the United Kingdom. For other countries, please contact our support team to inquire about availability and rates.

My delivery is late. What should I do?

We’re sorry for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like weather, holidays, or high demand. If your order is delayed, we recommend waiting an additional 3 business days beyond the expected delivery window before contacting our customer support.

How can I return an item?

If you'd like to return an item, please email us at support@clarkesson.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Once authorized, we'll provide return instructions and a prepaid label for UK-based customers.
