Right of Withdrawal
At Clarkesson, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. In line with UK and EU consumer protection laws, you may return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, without the need to provide a reason.
Conditions for returns
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused.
- All original tags and labels must be attached.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items showing visible signs of wear, damage or alteration may be refused.
If returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a partial refund. Non-approved items may be shipped back to the customer.
Return shipping and responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. All returns must include a valid tracking number. Returns sent without tracking are at the sender’s risk. Lost or unverified returns cannot be refunded.

Order cancellation
You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After this time, orders are processed automatically. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure for a refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please check with your payment provider. If the issue persists, contact our support team for further assistance.
